Fitness In The Park: Pilates

Join Club Pilates Chilliwack in a total-body mat pilates class. Pilates is a system of full-body, low-impact exercises that challenge your core with every movement. Pilates is known for increasing mobility, boosting flexibility, improving balance, preventing injuries, reducing stress, and toning & strengthening.

Open to all ages and fitness levels.

Class is FREE to all participants. Event is held outside, please dress appropriately. Participants must supply own yoga mat

End the class with a nutrious and energizing snack from the Eatery Juice Bar!
